My job is to ensure that all of the details of your real estate transaction are handled smoothly and there are no loose ends when the transaction has closed. I review all of the real estate documents to be sure they are properly signed and initialed. I coordinate with the closing attorney, closing agent , appraiser, home inspector, repair companies and you the seller to be sure that all steps have been completed prior closing. I also review with the closing agent weekly on all buyer loans and update you on the status. I order home warranties, coordinate utility transfer and ensure your payoff information is sent to the attorney in advance of closing.
